Simplex makes a new strategic acquisition in Ontario

Recently, Simplex completed a major acquisition with Skytec, an Ontario-based company specializing in aerial equipment rentals. This new purchase, the most significant since our founding over 116 years ago, will further strengthen our position in the Canadian tool and equipment rental market.
