Equipment Rental and Credit Limit

For Our Existing Clients

Already have an account with Simplex? It’s simple — no additional steps are required.

However, if you would like to switch from credit card payment to 30-day payment terms, you can submit a credit limit request directly through your client portal.

For New Clients

Step 1 – Open a Business Account

To rent equipment, the first step is to open a client account.

When submitting your request, you may:

  • Open your business account and apply for a credit limit, if desired.
  • If you prefer not to request a credit limit, you may add a credit card to your file during your first rental and pay upon return. A deposit will be required before the rental begins.

All account applications are reviewed by our team to validate the information provided.

Step 2 – Account Validation

Once your account has been opened:

If you requested a credit limit

After approval, your account will be ready to use for equipment rental. You will be assigned payment terms and a credit limit, which will be confirmed by our Client Relations department.

If you did not request a credit limit

Your account will still be active. However, to rent equipment, you will need to choose one of the following options:

  • Submit a credit limit request. You can do so directly through your Client Portal or by completing the form and filling out the “Consent for Credit Check” section.
  • Add a credit card to your account during your first transaction. You will pay the rental amount upon return of the equipment. Please note that a deposit will be required before the rental begins.

All requests related to:

  • account opening,
  • adding a credit card, or
  • a credit limit request

must be sent to our Client Relations department.
